ABOUT
Sustainability Leaders Odisha Pvt.Ltd was established in 2016 with the objective of accelerating sustainable practices in the building and infrastructure sector. Based in Odisha, we provides technical assistance to architects, engineers, builders, developers, educational institutions, policymakers, government departments, industries, multinational companies, and NGOs to reduce the carbon footprint of the built environment and contribute to global climate change mitigation.
As a pioneer in the Odisha market, we played a significant role in creating grassroots-level awareness, developing demonstration projects, and building essential frameworks for sustainable construction from the ground up. Over the years, these consistent efforts have helped transform societal and governmental perspectives toward “building sustainable.”
To date, we successfully completed green building certifications for over 15 projects, with more than 50 projects currently under various stages of certification across India. The organization has also established ECBC (Energy Conservation Building Code) Cells at Bhubaneswar Development Authority with funding from the European Union (EU), and at Cuttack Municipal Corporation under UNDP support, to assist government departments in formulating and enforcing Odisha ECBC regulations.
In addition, we conducted over 50 technical training programs on Green Buildings, GRIHA, IGBC, and ECBC, contributing to capacity building and professional development across the region. In recognition of its impact, Sustainability Leaders Odisha Pvt.Ltd was featured among the Top 10 Most Promising Green Consulting Services by SiliconIndia in 2019.

Ar. SUDIPTA SINGH
She is well-known in her profession as a Green Building Expert (Trainer, Evaluator, Auditor, Consultant etc.) for more than 15 years. She is qualified as an Architect and Environmental Planner. She is also an Educationist and have been teaching as visiting faculty in several Architecture and Planning Colleges in and around Odisha on various subject like – Climate Responsive or Sustainable Architecture, Innovative Shading or Day-Lighting Technology, Sustainable Development Plan, ESG Reporting etc. She has been awarded at various green building forums for her pioneering contribution in achieving the highest standard of green rating for some projects first time in Odisha. She has published several articles on the technical, environmental & spiritual dimensions of sustainability at national level magazines & journals. She has been indulged herself actively in various social welfare programs through spiritual enlightenment. She is also an author of her upcoming book “Super Women Code”.
